What is a big world?

It is where friendship doesn’t count

Where struggling is our own property

And where it needs a big effort to share

How big would the world be?

It can be as huge as the limitless horizon

Very far so that you can’t touch your own shadow

As far as the dream that you can never reach

But don’t you find that we live in a small world?

Because you have me and I have you

Because distance is not what we think

And here we can share our cry and laughter

Have you ever counted the days?

It’s a countless number that you never care

But they frame up our memories

Moments that you and me won’t forget

Together we made the world small

As small as the problem if we carry it out together

As close as we can think our home be

Where there is no gap that can make us part

If you still cannot make your dream come true

Don’t say that the world is too big and mean to you

But you only need more friends to make it up with you

To fill out the hole that you may never see

And to help you see what you need to do

Hope that this small world never hurts you

Because in that small, cultural barrier is never true

Where there are differences, there are relationships

Where there is pain, there is love to heal it

In this small world, we create our dreams together

And hand-in-hand we help the world to find the peace
